AMGO freight rates are finalized when an order is ready to ship. The freight charge calculated at checkout is based on current shipping rates and is our best estimate of your expected shipping cost.
When your order is ready to ship, we’ll reconcile the amount paid with the actual freight cost. If the final cost is lower, we’ll refund the difference. If it’s higher, we’ll contact you regarding the difference before your order ships.
Your final freight cost will therefore be based on the actual rate available at the time of shipment, rather than the estimated rate calculated when your order was placed.
