100-Day Return Window
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange on most products.
To qualify, items must be:

In their original packaging (including hardware, manuals, and materials)

Returned with an approved Return Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping back

Return Shipping Costs
Garage products often ship via large freight carriers. Because of this:

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we cover all shipping costs.

If the return is because of change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defective reasons, the customer covers return shipping.
We’ll secure the best available freight rate and send it to you for approval before moving forward — no surprises.
Installed or Used Items
We can’t accept returns on products that have been:

Damaged or Missing Items
Freight carriers sometimes make mistakes, and we’re here to handle that for you.
When your product arrives, please:
