We want you to love your garage upgrade. If something you ordered isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help — quickly, clearly, and with a real human on the other end.

That’s why we proudly offer an industry-leading 100-day return window on eligible products.
No hassle. No vague fine print. Just a straightforward policy you can feel good about.


100-Day Return Window

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange on most products.

To qualify, items must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled

  • In their original packaging (including hardware, manuals, and materials)

  • Returned with an approved Return Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping back

Return Shipping Costs

Garage products often ship via large freight carriers. Because of this:

  • If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is because of change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defective reasons, the customer covers return shipping.

We’ll secure the best available freight rate and send it to you for approval before moving forward — no surprises.


Installed or Used Items

We can’t accept returns on products that have been:

  • Installed

  • Used

  • Modified

  • Returned without original packaging

If you're not sure — text us a picture. We're happy to help evaluate.


Damaged or Missing Items

Freight carriers sometimes make mistakes, and we’re here to handle that for you.

When your product arrives, please:

  1. Inspect the shipment before signing

  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  3. Take photos of the packaging + any damage

  4. Contact us immediately

We’ll:

  • File the freight claim

  • Coordinate replacements or parts

  • Handle all communication with the manufacturer/carrier

You won’t need to chase anyone — that’s our job.


Exchanges Made Easy

If you’d prefer a different model, size, or product, exchanges are welcome within the 100-day window, as long as the item is new and unused.

  • If you upgrade to a higher-priced item, you simply pay the difference

  • If you choose something less expensive, we refund the difference


Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days

  • Funds go back to the original payment method

Some products may carry a restocking fee if required by the manufacturer.
We promise transparency — you’ll always know before you commit to the return.

Returns FAQs

  • Most non-custom, non-used, and non-installed products qualify. If it ships in a box or on a pallet and hasn’t been opened or installed, it’s usually eligible.

  • Many brands require original packaging for a return, but some offer replacement packaging for a small fee. Reach out and we’ll walk you through your options.

  • We’ll handle everything. Take photos, note the damage with the driver, and contact us ASAP. We’ll file the claim and send replacements or parts right away.

  • Only if the manufacturer requires one. Most range from 10–25%, depending on the product category. We’ll always disclose this before processing your return.

  • We do. We’ll schedule the pickup, send you instructions, and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Typically 5–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

  • Unfortunately, no. Installed or used products are not eligible for return. Reach out to us before installation if you have concerns.

  • Absolutely. Exchanges are simple and follow the same 100-day window.
