I chose the 4' x 6' 400# lift to take advantage of wasted space near the ceiling of my garage. Shipping was prompt, the unit well packaged with all parts included. Working by myself, it took about 6 hours to install. The instructions however were obviously written by someone overseas without a firm grasp of the English language. Most of the installation instructions could be deciphered but those for the motor adjustments were nearly impossible to follow. Some of the pictures in the instructions did not match the unit I received, which caused a lot of confusion. There was a change in the motor design in 2022 which was not clearly explained. Installation took 6 hours but the motor adjustments took another 4. The online videos were somewhat helpful but in some cases, did not match the unit I received. The unit came with a remote control which was pre programmed and works fine. I ordered a second remote which does not work and there are no clear instructions on how to program it. I was also a bit dismayed that the unit I bought went on sale for 40% off shortly after I purchased it. No one's fault, just my bad luck. Once installed and adjusted, the Auxxlift works perfectly. I does exactly what I expected and was a worthwhile purchase. The quality of the components is impressive and the lift should last many years. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the poorly worded instructions and the wasted hours I spent adjusting the motors.

Works great

I bought the 600 Lb. 4'x8' version and it is great so far. It is exactly what I was looking for in an over head storage solution and is also well built. I am planning to buy another. That said, there are two things to note: I had to get extra hardware to install this system perpendicular to the direction of my rafters. This was an extra step that took time, and the install over all was challenging. The other bit I would like to mention is I wish the remote came with a wall bracket, but this is a very minor issue.

The Auxx-Lift is so cool. I’m telling everyone I know and showing them a video I took of the system in action. Everyone is so impressed! It looks awesome and works like a dream. I’ve placed my major Christmas decorations on the lift so I can have access to everything without having to get someone’s help. I’m ecstatic about this lift!!!

Auxx Lift saves space and makes it easy to store items. I installed mine in my garage and not needing to use a ladder to get up to the storage space makes all the difference. Very reliable product and easy to install and use!!
