Why Buy From Us?
Open Door Garage

We don't just
sell gear.
We earn trust.

Your garage is an extension of who you are. We take that seriously — which means we hold ourselves to a standard that goes well beyond the transaction.

Why we exist

Our core focus.

Everything we do comes back to one idea: garage projects are complicated, and they shouldn't have to be.

Our purpose

Clarity. Trust. Simplicity.

We bring clarity, trust, and simplicity to complex garage projects — improving outcomes for everyone involved, from the first question to the final installation.

Our niche

Start to finish.

We guide customers through complete garage transformations — simplifying product selection, logistics, and installation so you never feel like you're figuring it out alone.

How we operate

Our five
core values.

These aren't posters on a wall. They're how we make decisions — especially the hard ones.

01

Do the right thing,
even when it's hard

We act with integrity, take responsibility, and make decisions we can stand behind — especially when it costs us.

What this means for you: if something goes wrong with your order, we own it and fix it. No deflecting, no fine print.
02

Think long-term,
not transactional

We make decisions that strengthen the entire experience — for the customer, partners, and the business — not just quick wins.

What this means for you: we'd rather lose a sale than steer you toward a product that isn't right for your space.
03

Solve problems
before they exist

We anticipate issues, communicate early, and take action to prevent friction for customers, partners, and our team.

What this means for you: we track your shipment so you don't have to, and we reach out if anything looks off before you even notice.
04

Take ownership
and figure it out

We don't wait to be told what to do. We take initiative, embrace feedback, and improve quickly.

What this means for you: when you reach out with a question, someone owns finding the answer — it doesn't bounce around.
05

Deliver an experience
worth talking about

We go beyond the transaction. We create outcomes customers feel good about and want to share.

What this means for you: our goal is that you tell a friend. Not because we asked — because the experience was genuinely that good.

See these values
in action.

Talk to a garage pro — no sales pressure, just honest advice to help you build the space you actually want.
